So I bought this Steve Madden bag around Christmas time last year but started having problems with the chain link strap soon after (the original bag did not come with the long strap). The links on the short strap have little slots in them, so anytime the bag moved on my shoulder in a certain way the slots would line up, the links would slip apart and separate, and the bag (with all my shit in it) would come crashing down to the fucking concrete, and that didn't fly with me. SO I got fed up, and stopped using it out of frustration/fear of breaking & losing all my stuff.
Lo and behold, I went shopping on Friday to continue my search to find the perfect school bag, and I found it!! (and will post about it later) But the even better part was that my new school bag came with a longer detachable strap (as seen in above photo) that I decided to try out on my Steve Madden bag, and it worked (the golds matched and everything)! Super exciting, and you know, you gotta throw that fox tail on there any chance you get. I was like, "Hey, fuck yeah, its like a new bag all over again!"
